MCA Ledger is a product of PC Financials LLC ("we", "us"). This policy describes how we handle information collected through this website, mcaledger.com. The MCA Ledger application itself is governed by the agreements customers sign when they subscribe.

When you submit the demo request form, we collect the information you provide: your name, work email, and, if you choose to share them, your company, phone number, and a description of what you're looking to solve. We also receive standard technical information that any web server receives, such as IP addresses and browser type, in routine server logs.

We use the information you submit for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and set up your walkthrough. We do not sell your information, share it with third parties for their marketing, or add you to mailing lists you didn't ask for.

Form submissions are delivered to us by email using Resend, our email delivery provider, and this website is served by our hosting provider. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to us.

We keep demo-request correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and our business records. If you'd like us to delete the information you submitted, email us at info@mcaledger.com and we'll take care of it.
